Called upon
for numerous chef demonstrations and cooking
classes for All Clad Pans, William Sonoma,
Ghirardelli and Ballducci to name a few, Chef DeVellis has also conducted private residential
classes as well. He has a long list of
editorials including The New York times and
Connecticut Magazine where his “eclectic
eggplant parm” was featured in their Best
Restaurants” column.
He is also active in various industry events and
fundraisers throughout the year. and has been on
“Live with David Rosengarden, Ct. channels 8 and
12, Food Talk Radio and other local radio spots
Chef DeVellis is currently in expectation of a
date for the James Beard Dinner, a recognized
benchmark for all chefs.
One of the few chefs who can usually be found in
his kitchen, Chef DeVellis continues to offer
his guests something new and exciting upon every
visit. Chef DeVellis continues to create, learn
and even teach the art of food.
